OIS offers complete service on Videojet coders including the Excel, 37series and Maxum lines. We specialize in reselling refurbished equipment. Our company restores printers to their original condition for far less than purchasing new. OIS has four service technicians in the St. Louis area. We have been in business for nine years and have over twenty-five years of combined Videojet service experience.
We pride ourselves on responsive service and understanding the needs of manufacturers. We offer Full Service Maintenance Agreements (FSMA) as well as service on a time and materials basis.
